The Bed & Breakfast is located on Blackpool's Promenade with a terrific view overlooking the sea.
We purchased the Bed & Breakfast in October 2005 and made it our ambition to turn the Bed & Breakfast into a place for visitors to feel at ease, restful and at home during their stay. To this end we have completely renovated and upgraded the Bed & Breakfast to what we feel is a premier standard.
All our rooms have double glazed windows to ensure your peace and quiet. Along with your room key is your own front door key to use during your stay.
Our aim is to give you the best break/holiday atmosphere you have experienced and hope you will see us as your first port of call when you are looking to get away again. If you are coming away for the special anniversary or occasion we would love to hear about it so we can help make your stay even more special.
There is a lift which reaches all floors except the top floor. The Bed & Breakfast is disabled person friendly but we are sorry that it is can't be totally disabled friendly due to the fabric and layout of the building. Conscious of today's clean air practices we are a completely no smoking Bed & Breakfast. There are smoke alarms placed in all rooms and public places.
